"BrundleCorp holds no responsibility for fusion or conjoining of organic and or inorganic matter, however unlikely, as a result of the mistreatment of this apparatus. Travel safely. do not use mobile phone during transit. No food or drink. Standing room only."

(EDIT: made a couple of changes to the model and re-rendered it. also made the image a little bigger)

Cool but you should try lighting your scene with an image similar to your background then matching your shadows with those in the background image. Right now yours are very pronounced where as the background has almost no visible shadows.

I like the model and the design. Nice little story completes it.

Couple of things to get it to match the background better:

There's very few natural shadows in the scene, so it's hard to gauge, but I think your shadow is still a little strong. The light bouncing off the sand should dull it out a lot.

The top of the bullet shape needs to be smoothed out a little more. I can still see the polys.

Sorry mate, I'd go into more detail but I've just been told we're going out for dinner. So good luck with it ;)

heh it was just an experement really ;)
and what sand? O_o thats snow..

model is a low poly and smoothing it can cause problems in places.

Wow, is it all snow? I was looking at the ground near the water. Just assumed it wouldn't be snow that close to liquid.
